The 2001 White House Calendar
For this event, scores of artists from 13 states, including the District of Columbia, were invited to submit slides of their work to be juried by The White House Historical Association officials and the officials of WRE/AMI Inc. After narrowing down the selection, there was to be only one artist chosen from each state to represent that state. From the many artists in the state of Missouri, Dixon was selected as the artist to represent his state of Missouri for the 2001 White House Calendar.
